CASHEW CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans mushroom soup
2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion chopped or 3 tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. Chinese noodles
1/2 c. cashews nuts (chopped) add more if desired

Cook chicken breasts and cut in small pieces. Saute celery and onion in butter until celery is transparent looking. Mix all together in casserole dish, except keep 1 cup Chinese noodles. Reserve for top of casserole. Bake casserole in preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.
