CHICKEN AND CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. soy sauce
6 drops Tabasco
Dash of pepper
4 c. cooked chicken (cubed)

Brown onions and celery in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, then pour into baking dish. Cover with 2 cups chow mein noodles and 1 cup cashews. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
