CASHEW CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can chow mein noodles
4 c. chicken cooked, boned and cubed
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Cashew nuts

Cook celery and onions in butter. Add to cooked rice. Mix all ingredients except noodles and cashew nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly. Remove and top with noodles and nuts. Bake 5 more minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
