CHICKEN - CASHEW CASSEROLE | |
1 c. boned or canned chicken 1 can mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 c. celery 1/4 c. onion 1/4 lb. cashew nuts (chopped nuts) 1 c. Chinese noodles (save a few for the top) Bake in buttered 8x8 dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Good way to use leftover turkey. Use leftover gravy instead of soup. |
