1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. cold milk
2 boxes lemon INSTANT pudding

Mix the first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of a glass dish (8 x 8 x 5 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix the cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on top of baked "crust". Mix 2 boxes instant lemon pudding and 3 cups of cold milk with a mixer. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Top with more Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
