BLUEBERRY DUMPLINGS 
2 1/2 c. blueberries
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients; cut in butter. Add milk and stir until mixed. Bring first 4 ingredients to boiling. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add lemon juice. Drop batter on bubbling sauce. Makes 6 dumplings. Cover tightly and cook 10 minutes over low heat. DON'T PEEK! Serve with ice cream.
