HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. cooked ham, ground
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. water

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine the ham, eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper and pack into a loaf pan.

3. Bake 45 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil five minutes.

5. Bake ham loaf 45 minutes longer, basting frequently with the sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
