MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl; mix by hand. Grease and flour 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) stick cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add nuts. Spread over cooled cake.
