1 qt. sauerkraut
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. hamburger, browned with onion
1 c. minute rice

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Water may need to be added so that there is enough liquid to cook the rice.
