2 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. size can sauerkraut, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. uncooked egg noodles
1 1/2 cans water
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger with onion. Drain off fat. In casserole mix hamburger with rest of ingredients except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Spread Mozzarella cheese over top of casserole and return to oven until cheese is melted.
