SALSA DIP SPECIAL 
3 lg. ripe tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. green onions
1 sm. jar (2 oz.) pimentos
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil
1/4 c. apple or wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash or 2 of Tabasco

Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender until finely chopped (1/4-1/8 inch pieces). Drain dip slightly and chill until ready to serve. Makes 5 cups.
