VELVEETA SALSA DIP | |
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 tbsp. cilantro 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained Microwave Method: Microwave on high the Velveeta and salsa in 1 1/2 quart bowl for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Stove Top Method: In saucepan, melt together cheese and salsa over low heat. Stir in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips or broiled green, red or yellow peppers, if desired. |
