VELVEETA SALSA DIP 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. cilantro
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained

Microwave Method: Microwave on high the Velveeta and salsa in 1 1/2 quart bowl for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro.

Stove Top Method: In saucepan, melt together cheese and salsa over low heat. Stir in cilantro.

Serve hot with tortilla chips or broiled green, red or yellow peppers, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
