CRISPY SHAKE AND BAKE COATING 
2/3 c. corn flake crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in plastic bag. Add chicken or pork chops; shake until well coated. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake chicken at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Bake pork chops at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, depending on thickness of chops. Coating is adequate for 6 chops or 1 boiler- fryer. Tip: Do not add shortening other than that used to grease the pan.
