ITALIAN TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna, drained
1/2 c. Bermuda onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 can black olives, sliced
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1 tomato, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
1 tbsp. (chopped fine) Italian parsley
1/4 c. Italian dressing

Toss all ingredients together and mix well. More or less of any ingredient can be used according to personal taste. Great as a sandwich or on a bed of greens as an antipasto.
