APPLE STRUEDEL 
1 box filo struedel dough
1 to 2 c. frosted flakes, finely grated
1 stick sweet butter, melted
Apples, thinly sliced
Cinnamon
Sugar
Plain bread crumbs
Lemon juice

Combine sliced apples, cinnamon and sugar (to taste), a handful or two of bread crumbs (depending on moistness of apples) and a dash of lemon juice (only enough for taste). Set aside. On moist cloth spread 1 sheet of dough; sprinkle with melted butter and frosted flakes. Repeat for 4 layers. At the end of the layers put a row of the apple mixture. Cover layers with damp cloth. Nip ends together. Before baking brush with butter. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
