SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 env. Knorr vegetable soup mix or Mrs. Grass vegetable soup & dip mix
3 green onions, chopped fine

Thaw spinach and squeeze out water. Mix together all ingredients and chill 2 hours. Serve with pumpernickel bread.
