CINNAMON ROLL-UPS 
1 sandwich loaf white bread
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 sticks melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon

Cut crust from bread. Roll bread flat with rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and egg yolk until smooth. Spread onto bread right up to the very edge. Roll up bread tightly and cut into two.

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip each piece in melted butter covering it completely, then roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture covering well. Put rolls seam down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Makes 50.
