CREAM CHEESE ROLLS 
2 loaves white sandwich bread

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar

COATING:

2 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar mixed with 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Cut off crusts and roll each piece real thin (with rolling pin). Spread filling on each piece. Roll up tightly and cut in half. Dip each roll in melted butter and then in sugar, cinnamon mixture.

Freeze, until hard, take out and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 120. Very delicious and makes nice Christmas snacks.
