CREAM CHEESE ROLL 
DOUGH:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. egg (1 1/2 eggs)
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. warm milk
1 pkg. dry yeast

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Stir together all ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/3 c. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese and mix well with mixer all ingredients. Divide dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a rectangle. Spread half of filling over dough and roll and fold edges. Place on grease cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degree for 25 to 30 minutes. Dribble with powdered sugar glaze.
