CREAM CHEESE ROLLS 
1 can biscuits
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) sq. cream cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Mix butter and vanilla in another small bowl. Roll biscuits in 3 inch circle. Divide cream cheese into small cubes.

Roll cheese cubes in butter mixture then in sugar mixture. Place one cube in the center of each biscuit. Fold over cheese and seal. Shape into a ball. Roll in butter mixture, then sugar mixture. Seam side down in muffin tin. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
