CREAM CHEESE ROLL-UPS 
1/2 loaf thin-sliced white bread
1 (4 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. milk
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

Melt butter; set aside. Combine milk and cream cheese and "cream" until soft and smooth. Combine sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Trim crusts off bread. With a rolling pin, roll each bread slice wafer thin. Spread cream cheese on each slice. Roll up each slice and cut in half. Dip each roll-up in melted butter, then in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
