BACON ROLL - UPS 
20 slices white sandwich bread, crusts trimmed
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Roll bread flat with rolling pin and set aside. In small bowl combine Eagle Brand milk, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cut bacon slices in half and lay 3 halves close together just touching. Place 1 slice of bread on top of bacon and spread 1 tablespoon of milk mixture on bread. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese on top. Roll bacon around bread, jelly roll fashion and secure each bacon piece with toothpick. Cut with sharp knife in between each slice of bacon. One slice of bread with 3 strips of bacon yields 3 roll-ups. Chill.

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place roll-ups on broiler pan and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is done. Makes 5 dozen.
