FAT & CHOLESTEROL FREE BROWNIES 
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. water
2 very ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. oat bran
1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Mix the cocoa, coffee, water and bananas in a blender or large bowl. Add the sugar, egg whites, vanilla and mix well. Add oat bran and salt to mixture. Fold in nuts. Pour into a 9 inch pan sprayed with Baker's Joy or Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. These taste better after they sit for a day.
