FINNISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 c. grated raw potato
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/3 c. cold water
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream

In mixing bowl, lightly blend meat, egg and a mixture of the seasonings and vegetables. Lightly shape into 1-inch balls. (Rinse hands often in cold water, or use a meatballer.) Brown balls evenly on all sides in hot butter in large skillet. When thoroughly cooked, remove to warm serving dish, set aside and keep hot.
