SWEDISH MEATBALL STEW 
1 lb. hamburger or turkey burger
1 box beef rice-a-roni
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Potatoes & carrots, cubed

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into medium-size meatballs. Dip meatballs in flour and brown. In a deep Dutch oven, fill with water and flavor packet from rice-a-roni. Add meatballs, cubed potatoes and carrots. Cook 45 minutes until done. Juice can be thickened like a gravy.
