SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 c. raw grated carrots
2 c. raw grated potatoes
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
4 tsp. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can evaporated milk

Make small balls out of all ingredients except soup and milk. Place in casserole dish and pour soup and milk mixture over the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees until soup is bubbly and meatballs are juicy, about 1 hour.
