PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. water with 2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Beat sugar and eggs together.

2. Add pumpkin, oil, soda and water.

3. Sift together dry ingredients and add. Stir until smooth.

4. Bake in 3 loaf pans (or 6 mini loaf pans); fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes.
