SPINACH SALAD 
Fresh spinach

At least 1 pound or more, washed and drained or patted dry.

4 hard boiled eggs, sliced or diced
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

OPTIONAL:

1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 lb. bean sprouts
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. white sugar OR 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped

Blend dressing ingredients with mixer, blender or in food processor for 3 minutes. 10 minutes before serving, pour dressing over spinach mixture. Toss and serve.
