LAYERED CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce, bite-size
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 head cauliflower, broken & sliced
1 Spanish onion rings
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Place lettuce in bowl. Make layers of cauliflower, onion rings and crumbled bacon. Combine mayonnaise, cheese and sugar. Spread over salad, all the way to edge of bowl to seal. Cover with saran wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Toss immediately before serving.
