SHRIMP AND CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
1 lb. med. shrimp, cooked and chilled 2 c. cauliflower, blanched 1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream 1/3 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. fresh dill 1 tbsp. mustard seeds Red pepper or pimento for garnish Combine shrimp and cauliflower and chill. Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, dill and mustard. Add to shrimp and cauliflower. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. Garnish with red pepper or pimento before serving. |
