STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage, brown & drain
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 sm. carton cottage cheese, drained
1/2 lemon, juice only
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Fill large pasta shells and sprinkle with barbeque sauce, cheese, oregano, Mrs. Dash or paprika.
