BROWN CHICKEN 
1 chicken (skinless)
1/2 c. lemon juice (jar)
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. can mushrooms
Celery salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes
Paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Garlic powder

Brown unseasoned chicken in flour and butter. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Then season with salt, pepper, celery salt, garlic powder, parsley flakes and paprika. Cook until chicken is done. Serve with rice. Low calorie.
