BAKED BROWNED CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 lg. breasts, cut in half
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
2 tsp. wheat germ
butter for sauteing

Clean and dry chicken breasts. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Beat egg and milk together. Dip each piece of chicken into mixture, then in wheat germ and saute in butter until golden brown. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a baking pan. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes.
