ARTICHOKE A LA TECHE 
3 (8 1/2 oz.) cans imported hearts of artichokes
1 clove finely chopped garlic
4 oz. imported olive oil
6 imported Italian black olives
6 green olives
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
8 tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. olive juice
1/2 c. artichoke water

Melt butter in a skillet and add all of the ingredients except bread crumbs. Mix well on low heat until hot. Add bread crumbs, reserving some for garnish, and mix well. Pour into a oven-proof baking dish and sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
