ARTICHOKE DIP | |
2 c. mayonnaise 8 oz. canned artichoke hearts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 3/4 to 1 lb. crab or imitation crab stick, cut up 4 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded 4 oz. onion, paper thin slices 1 1/2 tsp. parsley French bread Slice French bread in half lengthwise top and bottom. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Spread on French bread. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces 3/4 to 1 inch wide. May be used as a dip by omitting bread and placing ingredients in a pie dish and baking or microwaving until done. (Cooper) |
