HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (15 oz.) jar artichoke hearts
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese

Chop up artichokes. Mix all ingredients together with your hands. Put into a 9" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. One of our favorites! Serve with Triscuits.
