HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. drained plain yogurt
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Dash paprika

Drain artichoke hearts and mash well. Add remaining ingredients, mix with fork and then sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
