ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head green cabbage, chopped
6-8 chopped green onions, include tops
1/3 c. toasted slivered almonds
3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
2 whole (4 half) chicken breasts, chopped and sauteed and seasoned with salt, pepper and onion power
2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles, NOT COOKED

Mix all salad ingredients, except noodles, and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper

When ready to eat salad, sprinkle seasoning from Top Ramen noodles over salad. Break up the noodles and add to salad. (By adding noodles at the last minute they will stay crisp.) Shake the 5 dressing ingredients together to mix well; pour over salad and mix.
