ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 med. head cabbage
3 green onions with tops
4-6 chicken breasts, cooked
Broccoli (chopped, approx. 1 c.)
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted & chopped
1/2 c. cashews, chopped
2 pkg. Ramen noodles, crushed (do not cook & discard flavor packet)

DRESSING:

Mix together:

1 c. salad oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sugar

Stir well; set aside.

Cook chicken breasts and cool. Chop or slice cabbage thin; add sliced onions and broccoli and cut up chicken. Add sesame seeds, almonds and cashews and mix well with 1/2 portion of dressing. Refrigerate at least 4 hours; then add enough of remaining dressing to completely moisten and serve.
