GAZPACHO 
4 c. diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. beef bouillon
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. diced cucumber
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in electric blender. Chill 2 hours at least.
