1 whole peach
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
4 cubes of ice
3 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt
1 cup of peach yogurt

Slice the peach, then add the 2 tablespoons sugar, process in the blender, add the 4 cubes of ice and process again until ice crystals are nearly gone. Add 3 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt, and 1 cup of peach yogurt.
