1 1/2 c. graham crackers, crumbled 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. of butter, melted 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. milk 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping (thawed) 1 pkg. (6 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding 2 1/2 c. cold milk 2 pts. strawberries, hulled and halved Combine crumbs and sugar. Mix in butter. Press firmly on bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake, if desired, at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes and cool. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in even layers. Prepare pudding with the cold milk as directed on package. Pour over the berries. Chill several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Chill. This will make 15 servings. |
