DOUBLE DUTCH PIZZA COOKIE 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. M&M plain candies
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. marshmallows
1/4 c. flaked coconut

Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy; blend in egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, cocoa, soda and salt; mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup of the candies and 1/4 cup of the nuts. Place dough on foil-lined, lightly greased 12 to 13 1/4 inch pizza pan, spreading to within 1 1/2 inch from edge of pan. Sprinkle cookie with remaining 1/4 cup candies and nuts, marshmallow and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 10 minutes in pan then remove to wire rack.
