DUTCH SOUR CREAM COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat thoroughly. Dissolve soda in sour cream and add in flavorings. Sift flour and add. Shape in roll, wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight. Slice off thin and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 50 or so small cookies. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
