APPLE DIP 
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped Spanish peanuts
5 lg. Granny Smith apples, cored

Mix all ingredients except apples. Serve at room temperature. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice to avoid browning.
