OYSTER STEW 
1 pt. oysters
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/8 c. butter
Dash white pepper
Parsley & paprika for garnish

Put oysters, milk, whipping cream, butter and white pepper in top of a double boiler. When oysters rise to the top and curl around the edges, they are done. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
