OYSTER STEW 
2 dozen shucked raw oysters with liquid
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 qt. milk

Remove any bits of shell from oysters. In saucepan or deep skillet, heat butter until sizzling. Add oysters with liquid, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt and pepper.

Heat until edge of oysters curl slightly. Add milk. Heat quickly, but do not boil.

Serve in bowls topped with paprika to taste and lumps of butter.
