OYSTER STEW 
1 pt. oysters
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Drops of Tabasco sauce
32 oz. can milk, scalded

Make a paste of flour, water, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Add paste to oyster, constantly stir until it boils. Add scalded milk and onions to taste.
