BEEF TERIYAKI 
1 1/2 lbs. beef (London Broil), cut across the grain to liking
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sake or dry sherry (any wine)
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix in blender; marinate 15 minutes at room temperature. Broil or cook on grill to your liking.
