CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to a boil on stove. Stir in flour. Continue stirring over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from stove. Beat in eggs all at once until smooth. Drop by large spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes or until brown. Cover with custard.

CUSTARD:

1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients except butter and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thick. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour over cream puffs. Serve.
